The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and passionate about French patisserie. This is the perfect position for someone who loves striking up conversations and is excellent at quickly anticipating, identifying and resolving customer needs. Experience in customer service and preparing coffee-based drinks is preferred but not required!
If you are a trained or self-taught baker with a passion for French patisserie, this is the perfect position for you. The ideal candidate will prepare a variety of bases, doughs, buttercreams, fillings, and incorporate them into delightful pastries. Efficiency and a keen attention to detail are required to ensure pastries are not only delicious, but also beautifully designed and ready for display.
Love making and decorating cakes, and working with a variety of mediums to create edible masterpieces? This is the best opportunity for you! The ideal candidate will be responsible for baking and decorating standard and custom cakes, utilizing different tools and ingredients to make our customer's vision come to life! Experience working with both buttercream and fondant is required.
